How much does a structural engineer cost?
There is no getting around it: good engineering costs money. Our job is to make sure your end-product maintains its integrity and withstands the test of time – all while keeping costs down to a manageable level.
With every project, we charge a standard site visit fee of £195, from that point we are able to generate an accurate quote and inform you of the scale of the job at hand.

Single Beam/Lintel Design
£ 150-250 This could be where you're knocking through from one room to another or creating an opening into a new extension. Lintels are required over openings such as doors and windows, building control generally require supporting calculations to be submitted. The price includes all calculations to satisfy your building control officer. Drawing of plans etc would be an extra. |
